Confirmed rental terms for Comwell vehicles.
These rental terms are based on details Comwell confirmed for public use. Final details are always confirmed before vehicle handover because deposit, mileage and pick-up arrangements depend on the vehicle and rental period.
Rental documents

| Documents | ID card, driving licence and address. Foreign citizens provide a passport. Documents must be valid. |
| Deposit | By agreement, depending on the vehicle and rental period. |
| Price | The price includes VAT and insurance. Vehicles have full casco cover. |
| Mileage | Mileage is agreed according to the vehicle and rental period. |
| Cross-border travel | Cross-border travel is charged 120 KM and must be agreed before the trip. |
| Cancellation | Cancellation is free. |
| Delay | Delays are handled by agreement. |
| Roadside assistance | Roadside assistance and replacement vehicle support are available depending on the situation and agreement. |
| Payment | Payment is possible in cash or by invoice/bank transfer. |
Vehicle use rules
- Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed unless Comwell confirms otherwise in advance.
- Fines, lost items and costs caused by vehicle use are paid by the client.
