About Comwell Rent-A-Car

Before you hand over documents and money, you should know who we are: our legal entity, where we are based, the fleet we run, what happens if something goes wrong and how to reach us.

Who are you handing your documents and money to when you hire a car? It is a fair question, so here is the answer straight away: we are Comwell Rent-A-Car, the legal entity is Comwell profesional with its head office in Gradiška, and the person responsible is Milan Slijepčević.

We serve Banja Luka, Gradiška and Banja Luka Airport as service areas, our fleet has 10 vehicles, and pick-up, return and delivery are by arrangement. One official contact covers the rental from the first message to the return, and that includes anything that goes wrong along the way.

Got a question before you decide? Call us or write on Viber or WhatsApp at +387 66 666 681. We are available around the clock.

Who We Are and Who Is Responsible for Comwell Rent-A-Car

Comwell Rent-A-Car operates through the legal entity Comwell profesional. The company's head office is in Gradiška and the person responsible is Milan Slijepčević. That is what you need to know before you send documents, pay or pick up a vehicle.

We do not ask you to trust us because of years in business, awards or big promises. What you can check is who the company is, where it is based, who is responsible, which vehicle you are considering and which official contact you reach us on.

When you get in touch, we keep the conversation on what you need: pick-up date, return date, model or type of vehicle, number of passengers and service area. Extra requirements such as delivery, mileage, the security deposit or a different return plan go into the same conversation.

The official number is the same for calls, WhatsApp and Viber. You do not need a different contact for different parts of the rental. To arrange a vehicle, change your dates or ask a question during the rental, use the channel that suits you best.

If price matters most, open the rental prices and compare models. If the pick-up location matters more, choose the service area that suits you and send your dates. Once you know who is behind the rental, you can move straight on to your own arrangement.

Where We Are and Which Areas We Serve

The head office of Comwell profesional is in Gradiška. Banja Luka, Gradiška and Banja Luka Airport are the service areas where we arrange pick-up and return. A service area is not a physical branch, which is why pick-up is always tied to a specific arrangement.

If you need a car in Banja Luka, we agree the date, model and pick-up place in advance. The same applies in Gradiška. If you arrive through Banja Luka Airport, pick-up and return are arranged around your schedule.

Delivery is by arrangement. Do not assume that a given location is automatically included: tell us what you need and tie the arrangement to your dates. If you want to return in a different service area, ask before the rental.

Our working hours run around the clock, so the official contact is not tied to normal office hours. Still, the specific model, date, pick-up and other operational details are always agreed before you count on them.

For detail on a particular area, open Banja Luka, Gradiška or Banja Luka Airport and carry on with an arrangement that fits your pick-up place.

You do not need to know where one service area ends and the next begins before you send an enquiry. Tell us where you want to pick up the car, when you need it and where you plan to return it, and we build the conversation around that plan.

What Kind of Cars Are in Our Fleet

Our fleet has 10 vehicles. It is not one class or one type of gearbox: we have manual and automatic models, five-seat cars, the seven-seat Skoda Kodiaq 2026, 4x4 models and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. The choice starts with what you need, not with the first model on the list.

The Renault Clio is a manual with five seats, priced at 60 KM. The Renault Captur is an automatic, 1.5 diesel, with five seats, priced at 80 KM. If you want a simple choice by gearbox and seats, these two give you two different starting points.

We have two Skoda Octavia 2020 cars, one black and one white. Both are automatic, 2.0 diesel, 4x4, with five seats, priced at 100 KM. If 4x4 matters to you, compare them with the Kodiaq, which is also 4x4 but has a different number of seats and price.

We have three Skoda Octavia 2026 cars: two grey and one black. All are automatic with five seats. The two grey ones have a 1.5 petrol/hybrid engine and the black one a 2.0 diesel. The price changes with the rental period: 150 KM, 130 KM or 120 KM per day.

The Volkswagen Golf 8 R-Line 2021 is an automatic, 1.5 petrol/hybrid with five seats. Its price also runs 150, 130 or 120 KM per day depending on the rental period. If you want an automatic with five seats, the Golf and the Octavia 2026 sit on the same shortlist.

The Skoda Kodiaq 2026 is an automatic, 2.0 diesel, 4x4 with seven seats, priced at 200 KM. If there are six or seven of you, it is the one model with seven seats, so you can pick it out before you check dates.

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a manual, 2.2 diesel van priced at 150 KM. It has three seats (2+1) and a payload of 1,200 kg. If you need the Sprinter, send us your request and period so the conversation stays tied to what you actually need.

If price is your main criterion, our rental prices give you an overview by model and period. If the pick-up method, service area or number of seats matters more, start from that need and compare prices only between models that meet it.

How a Rental Works from First Contact to Return

A rental starts with a conversation, not with paperwork that has no context. Send your pick-up date, return date and the model you are considering. If you have no model yet, write the number of passengers and say if you want an automatic or a manual. That is enough to make the first conversation concrete.

Next we arrange the pick-up. Banja Luka, Gradiška and Banja Luka Airport are service areas, and pick-up and return are by arrangement. If you need delivery, say so. If you plan to return in a different area, ask before the rental how it can be organised.

For a rental you need an ID card, a driving licence and an address. If you are a foreign national, a passport is required. All documents must be valid. Knowing this before pick-up day keeps documents from becoming a problem when you already plan to use the car.

You can pay in cash or through an invoice. If the payment method affects your business costs or personal plan, tell us in advance. The security deposit is by arrangement, and so is mileage, per vehicle and period. Delivery and late return are also by arrangement.

Taking the car across the border costs 120 KM once per rental. If it is part of your trip, say so before the rental and ask what needs to be agreed for your route. You do not have to wait for pick-up day to raise the question.

While you use the car, you keep to the agreed terms. Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the vehicles. Fines, lost belongings and costs arising from use of the vehicle are borne by the client; the company does not cover them.

At the end of the rental, we arrange the return according to the time and service area you agreed. If your plan changes or you will be late, tell us. Late return is by arrangement, so that change is settled through the same official contact.

What If Something Goes Wrong During the Rental

If a problem comes up during the rental, the most important thing is that you are not left without a clear next step. Roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle are available depending on the situation and by arrangement, and damage is handled according to the specific case.

That is not one universal promise that applies identically to every case. If something happens, call the official number and explain. Based on the situation, we arrange help, the next steps and, where relevant, a replacement vehicle.

If you will be late, tell us as soon as you know. Late return is by arrangement, so it is better to settle the change of time through the contact than to assume the original plan still stands.

With damage, keep help separate from the legal interpretation of responsibility. We can organise help depending on the situation and by arrangement, but general rules on responsibility should not be drawn in advance from one short description. If a particular scenario matters to you, ask before pick-up.

If a problem means you can no longer use the vehicle as planned, a replacement vehicle is available depending on the situation and by arrangement. The conversation then moves straight to what can be organised in that particular case.

The official contact is the same as for the booking. You do not need another number for a problem on the road. Call, WhatsApp or Viber +387 66 666 681, describe the situation and get the next step.

How You Pay and What to Know Before You Agree

You can pay for the rental in cash or through an invoice. If the payment method matters to you, say so before pick-up. That way the vehicle, the dates and the payment are settled in one go, not left as basic questions for the end.

The security deposit is by arrangement. Mileage is by arrangement, per vehicle and period. Delivery is by arrangement. If any of these affects your decision, ask before the rental and tie the question to a specific model and period.

You can cancel a reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before vehicle pick-up. Cancelling 24 to 48 hours before pick-up costs 50 KM. Cancelling less than 24 hours before pick-up, or not showing up, is charged at the price of one rental day. If there is a chance your plans will change, tell us as early as you can.

Taking the car across the border costs 120 KM once per rental. If that route matters to you, mention it before the rental and ask what needs to be agreed in your case. Do not assume anything about what that fee covers until it is agreed.

To compare prices before you send an enquiry, open the rental prices. If the service area matters more, choose Banja Luka, Gradiška or Banja Luka Airport, then send your dates and the model you are considering.

How to Reach Us When You Need Us

For contact, use only the official number, +387 66 666 681. Call us or send a WhatsApp or Viber message. It is the same number when you arrange a rental, change your dates, ask about a vehicle or need help during the rental.

We are available around the clock. That means the official contact does not close at normal office hours, but the specific model, pick-up, delivery and other items are always tied to an arrangement.

If you want something cleared up before you send documents or money, ask directly: who the legal entity is, where the head office is, which model you are considering, what you need for pick-up or how a particular situation on the road would be handled.

The most useful message is short and specific: the date, the model or number of passengers, the service area and the question that matters to you. If you already know you want an automatic, seven seats, delivery or a different return area, say so.

If you have already chosen a model, send your dates. If you are still comparing, look at the fleet and prices first, then come back to the official contact once you have narrowed the choice. Either way, use the same number and whichever of the three channels suits you best.
